Fort Pierce Industrial Park

This is an Industrial Park that was created in 1999 with163 acres of M-1 zoned land, and now consists of 1500 Acres. The park is located in the Southwestern corner of Utah as is accessed from two interchanges off of I-15 and one major local road, and is about 50% developed. It is home to over 100 owners/tenants.
